Electronic Registration & Titling
Licensed dealers and title service agents must take part in the Electronic Registration and Titling (ERT) program. This program lets participants:
- Apply for a Maryland title online
- Issue license plates and registration papers directly to customers
To join ERT:
- Work with one of the MVA’s contracted ERT vendors: CVR, Title Tech or VITU
- Contact your chosen vendor to set up your ERT participation.
