Access Information to the Driver Education Curriculum and Supportive Materials

Purpose

To inform all school owners about the updated Curriculum, Instructor Guides, Unit Quizzes and Final Exam uploaded on our server.

Summary

The MVA requires that all licensed driver education schools begin using the 2026 Driver Education Curriculum for all new classes beginning on or after Monday, October 5, 2026.

This updated material is in the same location as the current curriculum. New folders have been created to differentiate between the two versions that are currently uploaded. The old curriculum will be removed on October 5, 2026.

If a school owner does not have the current login information for this server, please contact the Drivers Education Unit in Business Licensing & Compliance to request the login credentials.

The MVA appreciates your continued partnership and commitment to providing high-quality driver education to Maryland's new drivers. If you find any discrepancies or inaccurate information that needs to be corrected, please send your suggestions by November 30, 2026, to the Drivers Education Unit.
