This bulletin is to notify all Dealers and Title Services that the Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration Warehouse will be performing their annual inventory. The warehouse will be closed from June 26th until June 30th and will reopen on July 3rd. During the inventory period the Warehouse will not be able to fulfill tag, stickers, or form orders. 

The temporary closing of the MVA warehouse does not affect placing orders through the ERT support network, however shipments will not be released until the warehouse is reopened on July 3rd. Orders submitted prior to June 21st will be filled and delivered on the normal schedule. Orders submitted after the June 21st will be held until the warehouse reopens.

Please plan accordingly, as the warehouse will not be able to process orders after the inventory has started. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
