Bulletin: All Dealers and Tag and Title Agencies

Purpose

This bulletin is a reminder for the Dealer and Tag & Title agencies regarding network changes this Sunday April 13, 2025. The original planned updates for last week did not occur. 

Summary

The MVA will be performing a core network switch replacement this Sunday from 7:00am to 10:00pm. During this transition to new hardware, we anticipate some intermittent outages that may affect MVA services. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact time for when they will occur and you may experience a brief outage lasting a couple minutes.
