Purpose

This bulletin is to inform the Dealers, Tag & Title agencies, and Driver Education providers of network updates on Sunday November 9, 2025. 

Summary

The MVA will be performing maintenance this Sunday from approximately 6:00AM to 
10:00AM. Downtime during this window is expected.
