The Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration (MDOT MVA) Business Licensing division made a programming change to how we receive and associate the electronic titling image to an account. As a result, some letters were sent out in error requesting images from transactions that occurred in 2020 and 2021. If you have already submitted those images, please disregard those notices. We apologize for any inconvenience.
