Below is a list of the plate types that will be involved in this change.

  • B007 - Tow Truck

  • B016 - Historic Motorcycle
  • B028 - Dump Truck

All ERT vendors have been made aware of these changes and are making the appropriate updates to their software. ERT system changes will be ready by January 22, 2026, and will be in effect for businesses on January 23, 2026.

If your business specializes in transactions with these plate types, and you need to order more than 5 plates at a time please reach out to the warehouse and request an increase in your restock level. Keep in mind, your restock level must be in increments of 5.

If you have excessive inventory from the list above, please return these tags to our warehouse so we are able to redistribute them as needed. This is a great way to clear up some additional space in your office and allow us to reallocate needed tags from our current inventory levels rather than ordering additional plates. All returned plates should be documented and accompanied by a tag return log (VR-317 - PDF - 151.59 KB). Please reach out to the warehouse if you have any questions about returning this inventory at 410-424-3640 or by email at [email protected]

If you have any additional questions, please contact us at 410-787-2952 or [email protected].
