This bulletin is to provide an update regarding the timeframes when electronically uploading documents after post finalization. 

After the finalization of the ERT transaction, all electronic images for the transaction should be uploaded within 5 days but the MDOT MVA encourages all business to upload any transaction documents as soon as possible. When applicable these images are used to clear other cases such as NMVITS review cases.
