MVA Environmental Program Mission Statement

The Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) is committed to the protection and enhancement of our environment through the development and use of our Environmental Management System (EMS) with the support of our employees.

Public participation & involvement

​​As part of the MVA’s CFEMS and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Program’s (NPDES) Municipal Separate Stormwater System (MS4) Permit, the MVA encourages public participation and involvement.
