Offices and VEIP Stations will reopen on Tuesday, September 2
GLEN BURNIE, MD - The Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration will close all branch offices and Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program (VEIP) stations on Saturday, August 30 and Monday, September 1, in observance of Labor Day. The MVA branch offices and VEIP stations will reopen for normal operations on Tuesday, September 2. To schedule an appointment at an MVA branch, customers can visit the Appointment Scheduler here.
The MVA 24-hour kiosks, self-service VEIP kiosks, and online services will be available during the holiday. Customers are encouraged to sign up for a myMVA online services account to access driver’s license information, view and print vehicle registration, MVA correspondences, check vehicle emissions due dates, and more. Join more than two million customers that have already signed up for myMVA.
