MDOT MVA Offices, VEIP Stations to Close on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

Offices and VEIP Stations will reopen on Friday, December 26
GLEN BURNIE, MD - The Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) will close all branch offices and Vehicle Emission Inspection Program (VEIP) stations on Wednesday, December 24 and Thursday, December 25, and reopen for normal operations on Friday, December 26. To schedule an appointment at an MVA branch, customers can visit the Appointment Scheduler.
Customers are encouraged to sign up for a myMVA online services account to access driver’s license information, view and print vehicle registration, MVA correspondences, check vehicle emissions due dates, and more. More than 2.5 million customers are already taking advantage of myMVA’s easy-to-use services. The MVA 24-hour kiosks and self-service VEIP kiosks will be available during the holiday.
All MVA branch offices and VEIP stations are closed on dates in accordance with the state holiday calendar.
