Phuong La was recognized by a customer following a visit to the Frederick MVA during a very difficult time in her life. After recently losing her husband, the customer came in feeling overwhelmed while working to transfer a vehicle into her name and gift another to a family member.
Phuong approached the situation with exceptional compassion, patience, and professionalism. He clearly explained each step, handled both transactions efficiently, and ensured the customer and her family felt supported throughout the entire process. His kindness and genuine care turned what the customer expected to be a stressful experience into a smooth and positive one.
The customer shared that Phuong La’s outstanding service left a lasting impression, noting that his dedication reflects the very best of what MVA stands for. She has since shared her experience with others, highlighting Phuong as a true asset to the organization.
