Recently, Taneka assisted a customer in hospice care whose disability placard form was not legible. Understanding the urgency and sensitivity of the situation, she collaborated closely with the customer’s caretaker, the hospice center, and management. Thanks to her persistence and compassion, she was able to complete the transaction the very same day.
