Taneka consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication to her role, her colleagues, and the customers she serves.  She shows up with professionalism, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. She routinely transforms challenging situations into opportunities, always striving for—and achieving—positive outcomes for our customers. Recently, Taneka assisted a customer in hospice care whose disability placard form was not legible. Understanding the urgency and sensitivity of the situation, she collaborated closely with the customer’s caretaker, the hospice center, and management. Thanks to her persistence and compassion, she was able to complete the transaction the very same day. Taneka’s dedication, empathy, and ability to deliver outstanding service in even the most complex situations make her an exceptional candidate for Employee of the Month.
