Marco (left) and Levy (right) have been with the MVA for just over two years. Their responsibilities include opening, sorting, indexing, and verifying all incoming mail into the Digital Mail System.

Both individuals have played a vital role in reducing backlogs—not only within their unit, but also in the Vehicles Division.

In addition, they have supported the processing of lien additions/removals, duplicate titles, and mail-in renewals. They have each completed in‑person motor vehicle registration training, expanding their skills and enabling them to assist with vehicle transactions when needed.

Marco and Levy consistently demonstrate teamwork, dedication, and a strong commitment to the Administration. Their reliability and willingness to step in wherever needed make them invaluable assets to the MVA.
