Dealers receiving notification from Chrysler Motor LLC that their sales and service agreements have been terminated may choose one of the following options:

1. Converting from new to a used car dealer.
2. Adding a new or different franchise agreement with another manufacturer
3. Discontinuing operation as a licensed dealership in Maryland
4. Removing the current franchise agreement from your license

Because of the various regulations and laws that must be followed, guidelines have been developed to assist in expediting these transitions.  Instructions concerning the above scenarios advising of the type of action and documentation needed for each situation are provided.
