Michelle is a member of the Case Processing Unit but has been known to assist agents in most every unit in Driver Wellness & Safety (DWS) in one form or another. She is always willing to assist with training within her own unit, other units, and even branches she has contact with. She is always one of the first to volunteer to learn a new skill and is always willing to train those under or above her on new processes. Working in several different locations has helped her develop a network of contacts that she uses to assist her customers. She frequently receives praises from customers for her compassion, her ability to help them from start to finish, and for following up to ensure they understand what is going on. Often, Michelle has been found reaching out to customers if they are missing something to make sure there are no delays in their case being processed. She truly is an asset to DWS!
