2025 Employees Of The Year - Field Ops Go Team
Congratulations to the Field Operations Go Team, named this year’s Employees of the Year! In an unprecedented recognition, six dedicated members of Field Operations’ “quick-to-deploy” support team were selected for this honor, highlighting the power of teamwork and dedication to service. The team includes Nicole C. (Baltimore Branch), Katherine D. (Frederick Branch), Tamatha M. (Hagerstown Branch), Francis O (Parkville Branch), Tatreia T. (Annapolis Branch), and Chanelle E. (Easton Branch). Since the group’s formation in 2024, these cross-trained team members have been deployed more than 200 times to support branch operations, off-site testing, and outreach events. Their flexibility, professionalism, and commitment have been instrumental in helping the MVA maintain an average wait time of five minutes for customers. Congratulations to this outstanding team for going above and beyond in service to Marylanders.
