Ana, Investigations
Although Ana has been with the Investigative Division for less than a year, she’s become the greatest customer service asset. Ana does countless things every day that keep the Division running smoothly, but she truly shines when faced with impossible situations. Ana worked tirelessly to resolve an extremely complicated CDL issue, saving the customer from being fired from his trucking job. She helped a military member who was born oversees obtain a Maryland license after years of being denied due to confusion regarding his birth certificate and citizenship documents. When everyone else thought the situations were hopeless, Ana found solutions and facilitated life-changing transactions. Her dedication and skills enable the MVA to change customers’ lives in positive and profound ways. Customers often come to the Investigative Division with very difficult and desperate circumstances, but Ana always meets the challenge.​
