What: MDOT MVA Administrator Chrissy Nizer and Prince George’s County Memorial Library System CEO, Roberta Phillips, will cut the ribbon on the first Short Edition Short Story Kiosk in Maryland located at the MDOT MVA Beltsville branch.

Why: MDOT MVA is committed to providing premier customer service to the citizens of Maryland and finding innovative ways to partner with the communities we serve. The Prince George’s County Memorial Library System is the first library in Maryland to roll out Short Edition. This short story kiosk provides free short stories to all MDOT MVA customers at the push of a button. The library wants to encourage reading whenever and wherever someone has a free moment.
Information: Parking is available in the main customer service parking lot. Media may proceed to the main building where they will be met by MDOT MVA staff.
