The Maryland Vehicle Law book is published each year and is available for sale to the general public through the LexisNexis bookstore.  It includes Maryland's general motor vehicle laws and related statutes.

Note that much of the information contained in the law book is also available online through Maryland Manual On-Line, a website operated by the State of Maryland.  On the opening page of the website, click on Code of Maryland (laws).
