Courtney, Customer Service Center
Courtney is one of the most dedicated lead workers in the Cumberland contact center. She always goes above and beyond to help all the agents with any question or concern they may have. If she is not sure of the answer, which is seldom the case, she will research and follow up with them. She also provides exceptional customer service; she is extremely knowledgeable and kind, and it truly shows in how she interacts with everyone. If there is ever a need for a volunteer, she is always the first to jump up and do it, whether it's for training or any paperwork. Courtney is a superstar MVA employee!​
