WHAT:As students across Maryland head back to school over the next two weeks, the Maryland Department of Transportation will partner with Howard County officials to remind drivers about the laws requiring them to stop for school buses. To help illustrate these rules, a school bus will be on-site to demonstrate the lights used when preparing to stop and when stopped.
