Governor Hogan to Visit MDOT MVA Annapolis Branch for Adopt-A-Pet Day on Saturday, March 16

Anne Arundel County SPCA To Be Recognized for Its Commitment and Service

What: Governor Larry Hogan will participate in the first ever Adopt-A-Pet Day at the Annapolis branch of the Maryland Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Administration (MDOT MVA). The governor will observe branch operations, meet staff and customers, and visit furry friends from the Anne Arundel County SPCA. The SPCA will be on site to share information about animal welfare and pet adoption opportunities. Customers will have the opportunity to begin the adoption process.

When: Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 10 a.m.

Where: MDOT Motor Vehicle Administration – Annapolis branch

Adopt-A-Pet Day helps put smiles on the faces of MDOT MVA customers and staff and provides a new opportunity for pets to find forever homes in the Annapolis community.

Information: Parking is available in the main customer service parking lot. Media may proceed to the main building where they will be met by MDOT MVA staff.​
