Charles "Chaz" B.​​, Employee of the Year​​

Chaz was awarded the 2023 Customer Service/Employee of the Year at MVA's Annual Employee Celebration. Recognized for his behind-the-scenes contributions at events with Administrator Nizer, Chaz's positive attitude, creativity, and work ethic led to this well-deserved honor. During the pandemic, he played a crucial role by serving as a one-man customer service center and expanding his responsibilities to include podcast production and the management of additional social media channels.​

Chaz continues to demonstrate his hard work and dedication within the organization, consistently going above and beyond. His can-do attitude solidifies his position as this year's Employee of the Year.
